How It Works

Mitrasena Water Traps are filled halfway with a soapy water solution. The included pheromone lure, placed in the top lure holder, attracts specific moths, which fall into the trap and drown. This method provides safe, selective, and chemical-free pest suppression.

Trap Application Zones

• Tuta absoluta: Tomato, Potato, Tobacco
• Brinjal Borer (Leucinodes orbonalis): All varieties of brinjal

Recommended Trap Usage

• Monitoring: 5–6 traps/acre
• Mass Trapping: 10–12 traps/acre

Installation Steps

1. Fill trap base with soapy water (half full)
2. Insert the pheromone lure into the holder and secure
3. Mount the trap 1–2 ft above the crop canopy using a bamboo or wooden stake
4. Empty dead moths and refill water regularly
